First time in this store and I have to say my husband and I were not impressed. No one spoke to us when we entered, we were there 15 to 20 mins and no one spoke a word to us or offered to help, and when we left no one said goodbye. Came to Lighting Etc and was blown away by their hospitality and selection and left there happy customers.
We ordered a set of outdoor lighting in September of 2020. When our electrician opened up the boxes 2 weeks later there were 2 pieces of glasses shattered. We immediately call Lee Lighting (Teri our sales rep) and she had apologized and then went on to say we'll order them right away. Fast forward 4.5 months later we never received a call from them to let us know it's in. I call and speak to Teri again in January of 2021 and she promises it'll be here on that Friday which had turned out to be true. Today I show up at 4:59PM and have a discussion with a gentleman through the front door mind you with out opening the door. He eventually opened the door to only close the door to go and speak to another lady which she then directs him to let me know it was boxed up and would need to be unwrapped and that they could not do it tonight but we open up at 9am.nnBeing in the service industry this was a sub par experience to say the least.
Excellent selection of lighting here and the staff is extremely professional...recommend

My husband and I just spent 30 minutes at this store.It was evidently 30 minutes before they were closing which was an hour earlier than the website stated. Not one person asked to help us, or even spoke to us even though there were several employees there. The only communication were messages over the intercom, one when we walked in the door and one when we were obviously leaving. The only message they intended to convey was that we should leave because they were closing at 4:00. I have never experienced worse customer service. I understand that they were closing, but a smile or acknowledgment would not have made me stay longer than close. They had a lot of lighting, but they can keep it as long as I'm concerned.
