I received a new ring guard for my anniversary and wanted to support a local business so I took my rings to Linda’s. I was quoted $60 for the work I wanted done only to be called later saying it would be double the quote written on work order. When I picked it up my ring it appeared fine, once I had a chance to really look at the work it was no buffed after and had little marks all over the new bands. They also made the ring guard more narrow than it was originally and both rings thinner than it was originally. I took my ring back the next day and Linda argued with me about the condition of my ring prior to the work she did. After several minutes of back and forth I took my ring back, and left. I will NOT be back! I’ve never had such service.
My husband had two of his watches worked on and literally only took about 10 - 15 minutes. He was extremely pleased with the corteousnes of the staff, efficiency, and reasonable price. We definitely recommend Linda's and hope your experience will be as good as ours.

I took my chain to be fixed. The lady behind the counter was very rude and talked down to me. Then she quoted me 3 times more then everyone else charges. I do not recommend them
