We were planning on using No Le Hace for a bachelorette all day adventure and had booked and put the deposit down. Aaron was super responsive and answered all my questions. He even made suggestions on what to bring with us, etc.... just overall super helpful. He contacted me a couple days before our sail about the bad weather headed towards Port Aransas. We ended up not being able to sail because of the hurricane, but I didn’t even have to ask for the deposit back. It was already sent the day before. We will definitely be booking a trip with this company the next time we are in Port A. I would highly recommend due to the amazing customer service we received.
