Woman working could not even operate the cash register. Waited 10 minintes thinking I could finally get my gas. I was able to pump 58 cents over 3 minutes. Tried getting the pump reset only to tell me everything was cancelled. If i wanted gas still I would need to pay again. WHAT LADY!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Well I, Sandy Troskowski, visited this convenient store a couple of days ago for a cold drink and some shade for my dog. I was driving around looking for a shady spot to clean out my truck and seen that some of the pumps were out of order so I parked at one and went inside for some cool air and a drink. I went up to the counter and met a young, (not to be mean at all but) chunky, Hispanic woman as the cashier. She was nice, we started talking and I mentioned that I was looking for shade and I didn't want to pay for it. Perhaps a car wash to clean my truck out from days of sand and hotels. She took the time to show me on her phone a car wash that was on the island that I could use. I was and I am very pleased to have pulled into Snappy's that day for shade cause I met a kind person that helped me tremendously, those are HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS. I didn't catch her name but I am sure if u work there you know who I am talking about. I would like to THANK HER FOR BEING KIND AND HELPFUL TO ME AND MY DOG. THANKS AGAIN, SANDY TROSKOWSKI

avoid this like the plague. We were by there two days in a row and found the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned from one day to the next. We only went back the second time because it was the most convenient for the direction we were going. We said, surely they've cleaned since yesterday. BUT Noooooo. Honestly, it looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for several days. The shelves were low on everything. The soda fountain was full of carbonation but no syrups. So everything I tried came out as clear liquid. The floors were nasty. Honestly, this place needs a manager. If they have one, they need another.
