It's small, but that is to be expected given the location. Parking is generally ok, especially if you hit it in the off hours. They can request in books from other libraries so even if they don't have what you are looking for at that time, you usually can still get it.
Met very nice Liberians here
very small library. has a nice large meeting room in the back that can be reserved. parking is very limited but street parking can usually be found.
Great library near the elementary school.
