Very friendly and went above and beyond to help my find a workable solution.. Also they kindly did a return... Without a receipt... They remembered me and what I was looking for. It's about 10 million times better than a rite aid. Minus the junk plus exceptional customer great place.

Pieratt's Pharmacy is wonderful. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and will make you feel very confident about how to take your meds properly. They will go over every side effect that is known and also warn you of the once that are uncommon. They are very professional and if for any reason have a problem, they will fix it immediately. No questions. They've even called a doctor that I couldn't get a hold of for me. They got the job done right away. Compassionate care is their practice.

In an effort to support local business I visited Pieratts to get a prescription refilled. I walked in and was greeted by Paula at the counter. She was flat out rude from the beginning. Her tone, attitude, and body language should not be customer facing. I recently moved back from Tennessee I wanted to give them my business, but after this experience I'll be sticking with Wal-Mart.
