Every time I have gone there they are friendly, kind, and courteous. I see all these negative reviews and wonder if people have forgotten what it is to be human? I am pretty sure if it takes them a few minutes longer they are trying to make sure you’re getting just what you need and double checking to make sure whatever you’re being prescribed won’t have adverse reactions with other meds.
The rollout of vaccines by CVS is a complete fail way to much red tape and they don't tell you the vaccines start at 10 although the pharmacy is open at 8 then not their fault but rolling blackouts closed this one down and was told power should be back on at 10nIn fort worth they do ten thousand people a day and i don't think they are there but maybe ten hours ??????
Front elderly lady was extremely rude.
Quick in and out. I can order photos off of my phone and pick them up that day or the next at the latest.
I am always greeted by a friendly counter / floor person when I walk in. My wife has Lupus and we are self-pay so our Rx monthly expenses are extreme. The pharmacy staff goes out of their way to search online coupons that can be applied to our meds. Just today, Nathalie saved us over $100 on this weeks refills. Thank you, Nathalie!!!
