The sales associates are great when they're trying to SELL but that is it.. They refused to help us with a ring that was under warranty because they needed the actual receipt even though we had a picture of it, name, phone number..Receipts fade, get lost, etc. We have to mail the rings back to the original store in Lubbock, TX. The sales representative in Lubbock even contacted the district manager while the representative in McAllen and her manager did nothing but say no.. Anyone that has a bad experience at this store please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Purchased wedding ring set and decided to exchange called and asked if I could exchange it for a ring I had seen and they said I could do it. I got there same day and they said the ring was out of stock. I left other ring asked for refund and they said to come back in a week instead and I would just pay the difference. I should have gotten a complete refund but they convinced me otherwise. I waited a over a month and kept calling until they said the ring was back in stock. But now, I could not purchase at sale price because sale was over. It was 1,000 more. Also, since I did not get my initial refund I could only exchange after 30 days which were over by now. My husband went ahead and paid because he new I really wanted the ring even though he knew we were being ripped off. After we paid the salesman said laughing they had the ring in the store the whole time! It wasn’t even out of stock in the first place. He somehow let it slip. They waited so my 30 days expired and in addition charged me 1,000 more. I did not want to upset my husband even further because he just wanted to make me happy so I said nothing. I felt so bad for him. This was in McAllen Texas and the manager and salesman at the time were in on it. It was a few ago but I will never buy it trust this company again.

Very bad customer service. Went today looking for a necklace for my daughter. I was asked if I needed any help and I told the worker I was looking for a necklace for my daughter. I thought she was going to go to the other side of the counter and show me some necklaces but all she did was say “ok” and walked away. I ended up going to Reeds Jewelers and found what I was looking for, great customer service at Reeds Jewelers. Never going to bother going to Zales again.

My boyfriend got me a promise ring from here and I went to resize it and the older lady there was so sweet and helpful. I love great customer service! She answered my questions and made me feel welcomed even if I was not buying anything.
