DONT GET THEM PIERCED BY THE BIG GUY. If you’re thinking about getting your ears pierced do not let the relatively large man pierce them, he pierced mine and put the backing on too tight and given that the earring and backing are metal AND the piercing itself is an awkward shape I can’t grasp it therefore it’s hard to loosen them without risking that the earring goes through the pierced part of your ear on top of this man not exactly knowing what he’s doing he has an abysmal breath and when his mouth is about 5 inches from your nose it’s truly the longest 10 seconds ever at this very moment as I’m typing this, my piercing is now lodged in my ear lobe and I have to push it back out, if you’re thinking about getting your ears pierced either find another place or get the guy with glasses to do it (I think his name is Alan) or a smaller guy with chains.

This jewelry store is the absolute best, from everything to the presentation to the employees and their level of customer service. They also offer their own personal line of credit. Everyone is down to earth, and very personable and when it comes to piercings everyone has years of experience. Great prices and they always have specials and they will work with you to get you exactly what you need. Ask for Christina! Shes the store manager!

I took my two month old baby to pierce her ears, I was really nervous at first but I had a great experience. Two employees pierced her ears at the same time. I felt comfortable with both of them, they seemed confident and experienced.

I bought a Cuban link chain it was a really nice chain I’ve had it for over a year, but when I went to go get it melted to make a piece out of it about 4 inches of the chain was fake gold.somewhat disappointed
