Portillo Jewelers is my go-to jewelry store for all my fine jewelry and repair needs In the RGV. The service is outstanding. The owner Mr Portillo (and his staff) always greets you with a huge smile and is 100% focused on providing you with what you need. Every repair has been excellent. Aside from that, they can now create custom engraved pieces for you. I recently bought a beautiful necklace with my business logo on a gold medallion and it’s not only gorgeous, but also a great conversation starter. I highly recommend them!

I’ve had a custom ring designed in the past with Portillo’s, and I was blown away with the finished product. After that experience I had no reservations with creating a new piece. I knew I could trust their delivery with making my vision come to life. There was no hesitation with showing them what I wanted. The process of making this piece was a breeze and I did it from living out of the Valley. I had an idea in mind and I sent them a Direct Message through Instagram. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and Ricardo drew up a mock-up sample for my approval. Paying through PayPal was so easy and within a week my custom piece was shipped to me. I’m beyond speechless and so happy with my necklace. This piece of jewelry means so much to me and I’ll forever be grateful for Ricardo, his wife and his team for making this image a reality.
