Love coming to this EZ-Cuts... My son won't go any where else.
Usually this place is awesome, but my husband was waiting inside while my kids and I waited in the car due to the circumstances. He waited a while as there was one person ahead of him, understandable. Once he was the last customer sitting in the building.. he waited an additional 45 minutes! One lady was on her phone while the other was doing her thing sweeping and another one was also sitting down. They could have easily reset wait time or offered him a water.. thanked him for waiting but no. He asked if they were ready for him and one lady told him to be patient. Obviously we have all been patient. Three ladies in there while he waited and one on her phone sitting on the stylist chair with her legs crossed and no customer service? So annoying and unprofessional. We would have left, but he waited so long so we stayed. Will not be returning after this.
I usually don’t go to “franchise or chain” hair salons because I have always preferred the “barbershop” atmosphere. My Wife convinced me to give this place a try and I loved the was Gris cut my hair. I guess that just goes to show that it’s good to try new things sometimes.
I waited with my children for one hour sitting down. On the list I saw no name ahead of us I then saw a lady come in quickly with her son and get help . The same hairstylist that I had asked for help had already sat her son down and began to cut his hair.
I used to go all the time. Lately the new person whom is to the right side right by the register is just so slow and her haircuts are not up to par to say the least.
