Absolutely garbage dose not answer phones also 1 lady told me there was no citation the next told me it was overdo.
Super helpful and kind ladies! Helped me take of my speeding ticket in a matter of minutes.
I was very leery to come pay my ticket and expected the worst from the other reviews but they answered promptly when I called and answered all my questions with ease. I came in paid, got all my paperwork in order all in about 20-25 minutes!
If I could give negative stars I would. I have tried calling this court multiple times to try and extend my citation time, but they require you to mail a form in. Why wouldn't you answer your phone? Then Ive tried to get a lawyer to help me fight the citation(because I felt it was given in error) and they won't answer my lawyer either! So I have two choices, go in person which is 2 hours away for me or just pay the fine online. I missed the deadline to pay the ticket too (my bad I take responsibility), however, they only give you 11 days to get in contact with the court AND I received the ticket on Thanksgiving, so holiday hours are crazy! Is it normal to give someone less than two weeks to contact the court?nHow can a municipal court judge you without bias when the judge and the police officer gain from your conviction? Seriously?nIt's places like this that make us hate the system and the people that are supposed to be protecting us.nSo I'm gonna pay it because I don't want the headache and I can't even GET a lawyer to represent me out there...you're welcome Itasca hope you do something to help train your officers so they can do something more productive with their time.
They were so rude and did not help me at all, I was really confused by what I was supposed to regarding my ticket and they did not even try to explain my options fully.
