Horrible experience!!!! Paid a little over 7000!! Car is up to date with payments got in a accident they picked up the car from the impound with out a call !! Paid 600 for the repo yet they couldn’t release the vehicle to us !!! If I can put bad words in this post I would!! Now seeking legal procedures !!

So i got a 2011 dodge durango citadel i first got it month in a half later it started to heat up very badly so i took it to to pitboys n thy told me the cooling system needed to be replaced it was gonna cost me 1,356 now keep in mind i put down 3,000 for it so i took it back to world cars cridet told the man what happen his response was i well put it on .but ever time i took back he's mechanic were not there 2 months later it shut off on me while i was on the free way in heavy traffic 5 times while i had my 4yr old n my 3yr old so i took it to the dodge dealership i paid 135 dollars for the a full diagnostic n it turn out tht it had been in 2 major accidents n it had 6 after market parts in it tht did go in the Durango . After the diagnostic was done it turnd out all so tht it had 27 codes tht turnd up on the computer 9 of them were major . So i took it back to the dealership were i got it from . And the man tht sold me the car said tht he could take the car back in n tht i could not get a other one if i wanted a other one i had to give a other 3,000 for a other vehicle . He never told me tht it had been in 2 major accidents now im stuck with it n the amount of money tht its gonna cost me is adding up to 2,683 just to fix it .

Bought a 2014 ford fusion from this place did not even make it to a month with it. 2500$ on a down payment and they wont even work with me on ANYTHING . Save your money safe yourself from struggling. Called to ask for help SEVERAL TIMES and they cant give a call back. The repair for the vehicle was going to be upwards of 1500 dollars.
