Went to pick up my custom-ordered sunglasses today. They've been ready for two days but I never received a call or text notifying me they were ready like they said they would. I go in and give them my name and the sales associate says she couldn't find my package even though the tracking data said it was there. She spends almost half an hour calling her sales manager and then scrubbing through security camera footage to see what the delivery people did.nnFinally she looks at the boxes that have been right behind her the whole time and realizes one was mine. Apparently she was only looking at the name at the top of the shipping label and not the second name which was a bit further down the label where my name was. She gave no apology and didn't seem to care whatsoever. It's obvious they only care about making sales and not about customer service.

Rude rude rude! Staff is rude and disrespectful. Asked for help having glasses adjusted and there was so much eye rolling and huffing and puffing. Really ? I’m sorry I sent a lot on glasses as wanted help making them fit right. No need to be rude
