This was a wonderful experience as Sydney and Rebecca took great care of me and were very knowledgeable & friendly. I love my color and love that it is rich and has dimension and makes my hair feel soft and smooth! The store is beautiful and a pleasure spending time there, ie Nest products in the bathroom, super organized & squeaky clean, top notch MR hair products made in Italy sans harsh chemicals. I will be back and thank you!

I arrived at my scheduled time to find that there was one person here for four clients. One of those clients added a blow out to her service and so the one worker they had did not even speak to me for 30 minutes. I will never return to this location. I understand cost cutting measures but inconveniencing your clientele and overloading your sole employee is an absurd way to do business. The entire point of a color bar is to have an efficient salon visit. If I knew I would have to wait 30 minutes to even get started I wouldn’t have bothered. The old salon model would have worked just fine. The colorist was in such a rush that she didn’t even rinse all the color out of my hair. The back of my dress was ruined and I threw out a towel that was covered in hair dye after I washed my own hair again. Never again will I step foot into this amateur, unprofessional place.

This place is amazing! I'm so happy I decided to take this opportunity (yelp elite event) to get my hair done. Their color bar is clean and very nice. Amy and Rebecca are both friendly and polite, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable.nnRebecca went over the colors with me and I originally wanted chestnut brown however medium golden brown worked for me too so we went with that one.nnThe whole process took about 2 hours and it was relaxing. I added pro conditioning treatment to seal the color and keep my hair healthy. After Amy washed my hair, she applied protection products on my hair - they all smelled so good and I could tell they are high quality because they served their purpose.nnAmy also styled my hair naturally the way I wanted and the results for the color (medium golden brown) turned out so good! I can see myself coming back here to get my hair dyed since they have neutral toned colors which I normally go for.nnThey don't do hair cuts here and they don't have any pastel colors like pink blue green etc.nnI appreciated both of them being patient and also not being salesy. Their prices are very reasonable and they also have dry your own hair stations. The music in the store wasn't too loud which I liked. As for parking, you can do the garage parking.

This was my first visit to a Madison Reed Color Bar. The Salon manager helped me pick the absolute perfect color. The colorists did a great job and with the added blowout I left with great hair! I will definitely return.
