Everyone was very nice and my hair turned out beautifully for my company Christmas party!
No one answers the phone when you call & online booking is impossible through their very poorly managed website. The dark background and lack of intuitive appointment search options were frustrating, no matter what day or time I click I am told “no appointments available in your area”. I have called back several times and cannot get anyone on the phone. Bummer.
Drybar sent me a 15% discount coupon online for my first blow out. I showed it to the desk rep when I arrived and was told to show it to the clerk when I checked out. So, I did. She took my phone and read that I had a 15% discount coming. When I got home and looked at my email receipt, there was no discount given. I called the dry bar number and got a phone rep located who knows where. She said a ticket would be opened and someone would look into this and get back to me in 2 days. What? They disregard my discount and now expect me to wait while their team researches it? They sent me the discount and then ignored it! I should have been given my 15% credit immediately, maybe 20%! How appalling!!
I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this location. Please do NOT waste your money at this location.nnI have previously loved my dry bar experiences at OTHER locations, but this location left a terrible impression.nnMost of the personnel working did not have a welcoming attitude. Everyone looked like they hated their job. The individual who did my blow out did not give me anything near what I asked for. I asked for volume and I got flat hair. I asked for big curls and I got straight hair.nnI truly had to go home and re do my hair with my tools to fix my hair before a wedding.nnI have gotten the same hair style in the past from another dry bar location and the stylist there completely nailed it.
I have a wedding tomorrow and I'm not very good at doing my own hair, so I figured I'd get a blowout here and then touch it up tomorrow with my curling wand. The receptionist was really nice, but the person doing my hair was extremely unfriendly. I got a Cosmo Tai. My hair looked fine when he finished, but an hour after I left, most of it was flat and straight again. I honestly don't know what I'm supposed to do with this tomorrow before the wedding. I've had my hair done before and the curl always stayed, but now it's weirdly super curly in the front and flat and basically straight everywhere else and I feel like I just wasted my money.
