Review is for the pharmacy not the storennSlowest pharmacy ever. Never enough staff. Usually only two people working. OnlynOne person works both the counter and the drive through window. I was there yesterday and no one working was wearing their masks properly. Someone was stocking shelves with a mask around their neck. The clerk at the register had it under his nose. There was no sanitizer available at the register. I understand that Houston is reopening but it was odd to see employees being so careless.
I have never had anyone from CVS come up to me and walk me around the store so I could find all of the items I was looking for and also help me select products on the shelf until today--Sandra was extremely helpful and friendly. She did an outstanding job of seizing the opportunity to provide custom service.
Good pharmacy
Worst customer service ever!nCasher and manager dont have good training to help customers ! They should be working at Mcdonalds instead of a pharmacy!
