This is the worst pharmacy, let alone cvs, I have ever been to. I am almost a daily customer for them, but every time I go there I have a bad experience and regret it. The majority of my complaints have to do with the staff. It is extremely clear to me they are not trained well. Extremely slow to checkout or help finding items, always talking to their coworkers instead of helping customers, and, at times, very rude when you try to ask for help. That gets me to why I am writing a review (I rarely rarely do). The last straw for me was when, after a long day of work, I arrive at the store at 9:53 to see that the staff decided to close the store early. I needed stuff for my cold, but the staff inside ignored me even when they saw me waving my arms. During a time of great stress and insecurity, I think that is the worst offense that a store can make when people need critical supplies. Doesn’t matter to cvs, though. Starting today, I am no longer loyal customer to them and I highly recommend anyone who reads this to reconsider coming here and instead find alternative stores/people who actually care about their customers.
The best CVS I have ever been, great service, very friendly people
I arrived 10 minutes before the store closed and the guy working there locked the doors and wouldn’t let me come in to get a single thing. He stood there staring at me and refused when there was still 10 minutes before they closed. Horrible customer service.

There is no phone number to reach the store. The only phone number listed is for the pharmacy and I have been waiting for 20 minutes for the staff to answer my phone call. Really not helpful! I don't understand why this CVS doesn't have a phone number for the store and their only phone number doesn't not give the option to reach the store - no option on their phone automated menu. A complete waste of time!
