John Perez is the best Service Representative that I have encountered at Mercedes-Benz Greenway. Greenway has great service, John set himself apart by paying attention to the details of my service call. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of. John has a clear understanding of how customer service should be delivered. He should teach a class, and he deserves a raise! John set the bar way high with making me feel appreciated as a customer and that I am his only customer. This is my second vehicle that my family has purchased from Mercedes-Benz Greenway, and I would purchase another one based on John's great customer service. Thank you John, keep up the good work!

Had an amazing overall experience! After going over numerous dealerships and, what it felt like, test driving million cars, I finally found the one or the car I didn’t even know I was looking for.nnSpecial thanks to Remus Bulmer on the sales side for being so helpful and attentive and for making the whole process easy and a great experience! I was genuinely impressed with the way he handled it because I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for to begin with. And Remus helped me find the one, which I absolutely love!nnOn top of everything, he also kindly offered to drive my rental car back to my house, and that was way past the normal business operating hours. Great overall experience! Would highly recommend Remus and Kevin on the finance side!

My husband and I had a wonderful buying experience at this dealership. Remus helped us find the perfect vehicle for our budget and Donald handled all the paperwork. They were both very accommodating and willing to help us with any questions or concerns we had even after we purchased our vehicle. I would 100% recommend this dealership and will purchase my next Mercedes here! I also recommend asking for Remus to help you out he is wonderful!

I had tried to reach a sales person at a different dealer. After leaving voicemail messages and messages with the dealer, he did not call me back. He still has not called me back. I decided not to purchase from that dealer when they cannot return a call when I am trying to give them money. At this point, I was referred by a friend to Sunny. Sunny, my sales rep and was very responsive and great to deal with. My purchase went smoothly. Allen was so patient and careful when helping me understand the many things my new Mercedes is capable of. I love my new SUV. I loved it the day I purchased it and love it more every time I drive it. I highly recommend this dealer. They are very professional.

This is hands down the best dealer ever! The experience, the way they treat you, and how amazing they are you won’t find it anywhere else. Omar was awesome!
