Terrible. Opened late. Didn't have most items listed on their breakfast menu. Couldn't prepare a simple plain decaf (added foamed milk for some reason). Obviously a very poorly managed store. Needs help.
Coffee was alright, a little substandard to a normal Starbucks.nI had to wait for a couple minutes while the employees just stood behind the counter and did nothing for a couple of minutes until one finally said something, was apparently waiting for my order by not looking at me or even say she was ready for it. The woman who rang me up was pleasant but the girl making the drinks was quite rude. After not obviously marking my three lattes, I asked which was which and she just walked over and pulled one of the sleeves down and promptly turned away.nIt seems little but it definitely did not put a great start on my morning.
Staffed by sassy staff who seem to hate their jobs. Scoff at you for asking for milk for your tea. Like any self respecting Brit would drink tea with cream in it...gross.
The lady behind the counter in the morning needs to stay off her personal phone and wait on the customers
NEED MORE ASSOCIATES TO WORK LINE WHICH THEY ARE OUT THE DOOR EVERY TIME IM HERE MAY HAVE TO STOP COMING HERE NOT GOOD AT ALL...
