Very unprofessional morning shift. I work in the area and the two ladies in the morning specially the barista. They have a major attitude. This Is the second time this happens. Also one of my coworker has experience the same. Just because I forgot to add something to my order and re ordered she snapped, roll her eyes and threw cup on the sink to make a new coffee. Like really? In front of customers!? Very absurd.
I come here so often to get some reading done. Staff is absolutely friendly and they have eventually recognized my name. The manager is really on point in welcoming the customers and helping them out.
Nicest guy works here. He was wearing a head band with something on it. I wish I would have gotten his name. I brought my daughter in (she's ten) and he was so nice to her. Helped her figured out what she would like. Made our mommy, daughter day that much better. He was the nicest guy. I appreciate it so much when a business offers great customer service. Drinks were great too.
A little slow with the orders but the service was great and organized.
Great location but kind of slow even with few customers. Had to go back bc they mixed up orders. But came out great the second time around. Sooooo..... not bad
