Wonderful bobas!!!
Worse customer service, your place on hold and finally decide to hang up and walk there to realize your phone call is still on hold. Also you tell them you were the person on hold and they can hang up the phone now, no apology. Orders have been wrong a couple of times also.nUpdate ****nI just want to go back and say the manager reached out to me regarding my experience and apologized for the situation.He offered to buy the whole staff drinks on him. He never asked for me to update my review or ask for me to delete it. I appreciate that he he came in person listened to me and apologized. That’s true customer servicenThank you!!!
I love this place but please update your hours. It’s Sunday and Google says you’re open at 10.
Quite literally one of the largest menus I've ever seen at a boba place! Was unsure of what to get so I got an excellent recommendation from the employees and loved my order. A bit on the pricey side, but what boba in downtown Houston isn't, you know? Quick, incredibly friendly service and in a really cute area. Will be back for sure!
The oreo shake has too much of the artificial creme taste, but the cookie bits were still good. Boba stayed soft even in a frozen drink.
