This place is amazing and Connie is A1 with her superb customer service, positivity, and caring attitude. She stayed in contact with me throughout the day. The move was taking longer than expected, then the rain and rush hour traffic. She offered to stay after closing time to assist me. When Square Cow moving truck arrived, she realized they were on the clock, so she was kind enough to show them the way in to get started on unloading truck into storage.nnFrom start to finish Connie made the entire process feel super smooth. She consistently went above and beyond for me, and I sincerely appreciate that. After a difficult and stressful day, The Storage Place at Rollingbrook was my favorite part! They really come through for you when you need them the most! You can trust your storage needs will be well taken care of. Just one little phone call and Connie took care of the rest.nnThank you!!!
This a great storage place! We put our entire house in storage while waiting to purchase a new one. Savanna was great to help us with all our needs. Rates were very reasonable and the place is very clean. Definitely would recommend!
This is a best storage place ever we been in, good staff and always very kind and informative, storage place is very nice and clean it has enough space that meet our requirements, we had 2 different size storage rooms in this place, so the size is perfect as the description they told us. I’ll definitely choose this place again.
