Love my pharmacy! Everyone is very courteous. They are personable And attentive. And the Kroger prescription card has been a great investment. Very happy.

Every month my wife goes to this location to pick up her prescription. We have been to multiple Krogers all across Texas from Dallas to Houston and we have never had the bad experiences that we have had at this one. Typically the Kroger Pharmacy team is helpful and more importantly Glad to help. However when we have medication to pick up we have continually experienced the following problemsnnMedicine not ready when we get there even though we got a text message from Kroger saying its ready.nnPrice changes every month for the EXACT same medication and no explanation until we haggle back and forth about the coupon that hasn't been applied.nnThe Medication is on automatic refill, but of course if she doesn't call, it doesn't happen.nnLast month, after picking medication up there for 3 straight months, they told her that she wasn't in the system and that her info had not transferred. Once again she picked up there the previous 3 months.REALLY????nnWhomever is managing this team needs to read this review and really reasses how they are operating. We only go there because its close and convenient, however it may be time to drive a little further!

I want to give a five star review for the pharmacy here at Kroger the customer service is amazing the young lady that I spoken to named Patrice was very helpful and kind.
