Every time I’ve came to pick up prescriptions either inside or through drive-thru it has taken over 30mins-1hour. The prescriptions were ready according to the phone calls. But yet it takes forever to get the prescriptions. I honestly don’t know why the CVS corporate office hasn’t done something about the service.

Horrible pharmacy. You aren't acknowledged until they stop having their own personal conversation. Allow people to wait in the drive thru for medications.

Pharmacy manager is very rude. Wouldn’t renew my prescription cause different drs last few months but it comes from a clinic with more than one dr!!! Makes me so mad and she was so rude to me! I told her it comes from one clinic with more than one dr and she said she didn’t care and wouldn’t fill it. She told an older woman that just got out the hospital when she didn’t understand what she was saying what the hell and stormed off from her! I’m sick of this place. I’m making a complaint to my insurance! Don’t go here they pharmacy manager and techs always have attitude cause they have to work. DONT EVER GO HERE. My dr office even called her and told her they have more than one dr and then she told them she’d refill it but I went to birdsong which my dr office told me they don’t have issues with them like cvs. Apparently they have issues all the time and my dr office has even told me they are rude to them.

Pharmacy is the worst no customer service 2nd in line took 45 min to receive acknowledgement from employee and my prescription.

Do not like this pharmacy. I have gone here quite a few years but now they are are not friendly and they don't act or look very professional.
