I got a call from a pharmacist stating my prescriptions were ready for pick up-- I told him I'd be there in a few days and he said that would be fine. I then call today to fill them and pick them up-- now I am told they don't have anything for me, that nothing has been called in. This is my birth control and blood pressure medication. I was told they would call my doctors in the morning-- which really pisses me off because I have to now double up on my birth control which I have never done before-- so I'm basically going to have to start over not being protected from getting pregnant because they lost my script-- yet I got a call saying they were ready. I have the missed call-- it was January 17th, at 4:57 pm. It was a 40 second long call. This is outrageous and unacceptable. My doctors office is closed today, which is why we need to wait until tomorrow. This is BS!nThanks a lot CVS.
