I had a blast at Veracity Aviation! It was kind of intimidating going up in a helicopter for the first time, but the staff put me at ease and it was a very fun experience. They're very knowledgeable and great at what they do. I'd highly recommend them

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!nnHands down the coolest thing I've EVER done! I've traveled the world and done lots of different excursions and this was the most fun I've had with friends.nnWe paid for two flights. Two of our friends were taken out first and saw some hogs but they weren't on a property they could shoot. So unfortunately they ended up returning after an hour with no kills (which apparently is SUPER rare). I believe the pilot said that was the third time in five years.nnI went with my other buddy on the second flight and spotted two coyotes and three hogs and took down all five of them! It was pretty epic to call out an animal, have the pilot fly around to line up the shot, unload seven shotgun rounds and begin to reload while the pilot strafed to the other side so the other gunner could take his shots.nnI have to say the pilot was an absolute pro! Super skilled and smooth flying and did a great job of lining up shots for each gunner. I felt like I was in a Rambo movie the whole time!nnOur friends that flew first were so jealous that we got some hogs and they didn't that they purchased another flight. Turns out it was worth it because they got a tip from a farmer that found signs of a huge hog group and came upon one of the largest groups the pilot had ever seen.nnThey used two full boxes of shotgun ammo and took down 20+ hogs EACH!!! Apparently that now holds the new record for most kills on a single flight in five years.nnRecap: You have to do this! Helicopter hog hunting is a MUST! Stop waiting and book a trip!!!

Best choice I've ever made.

This is an excellent helicopter training school. Derrick and his team have put together a great product. The syllabus for the add on rotorcraft rating worked great for me. I began my training program at the Seguin training site under Ervy, Luis and Steve, and they were outstanding. I transitioned to the Pearland training site for personal reasons and finished the program with Paul and Guido. The preparation for my commercial check ride was on point, and I didn’t have any issues.nKudos to Ervy and Luis who guided me and kept us alive through my initial 10 hours of R22 training.nSpecial thanks to Guido who helped me finish the program and master autorotations and slopes, which were the most difficult maneuvers for me.

There's not enough room in this box to express how grateful we are to have found Veracity and have them lead us into the exciting world of helicopters. Their customer service is outstanding. They have absolutely bent over backwards to accommodate our every request - before, during, and after our initial PPL training. We look forward to continuing our great relationship with Veracity for many years to come.
