I try to call and pay my storage unit on the 1st of every month but no answers... and now their voice-mail box is full... I'm always worried I will lose my stuff because they don't answer when I need to pay it...
They are never in the office at the beginning of each month making it hard to pay rent on time
We rented a unit in 2015 and even though we now live 45 minutes away, we will continue leaving our things at this location. We are appreciative of the friendly staff and being greeted with a wagging tail from one of their dogs always makes me smile.
They are good
