I am NO longer using this CVS r/t their poor customer service!nMultiple attempts to communicate with staff!nPoor management!nIt is THEIR job to assist the customer & guide the experience for a successful outcome.nI would not even give them 1 star.nGoing to research using a different facility.nThere is always another way & I’m done with CVS Garth & Birdsong staff.
Hands down the best pharmacy in Baytown to picking up my prescriptions and going through my covid shot it was quick and fast. I especially wanna shout out the young lady Kate for helping me so much with all the questions I had and even with the things she didn’t have the answer found them. Very chipper and a smile not to forget! Awesome new staff on Garth I will be back.
The wait time is extremely long. They NEVER answer the phone and have poor customer service/communication skills.
I have no choice but to use CVS due to insurance. However, this is the slowest place ever. It always takes me at least 10 minutes or more in drive through to get my prescription. And, going inside isn’t any better. They do not have enough staff for the volume of customers they have. Right now, I have currently been sitting in the line for 15 minutes. I haven’t moved once, and there are at least 5 other cars behind me that I can see. The line wraps around the building. This is absolutely insane. Come on CVS... loosen the purse strings and hire more help!
Called to confirm scrips were being processed after numerous calls to verify they had received the refill instructions- was told ready in an hour. I’m here 3 hours later and nothing- clueless when I arrived. Now it’ll be 15-20 mins... worst service ever.
