A fun little park tucked away under the red cliffs. The pond has ducks and a swan which the children loved. Parking is limited which makes finding a spot difficult.
The place is not as big as i thought and is littered with peoples trash. The poor swan there looks like its old and sickly I hope someone checks up on it. There were about 6 or 7 ducks/cygnets. The pathway goes all the way around the pond and there are two benches to sit at near the only opening of the pond. However it is peaceful there as long as the swan trust you enough to hang out there 😁
It's peaceful and relaxing with a pond that has fish, ducks and a swan. It is cooler there by the water and there are cat tails growing in the pond. There is a small pavillion there for picnics with a grassy area. The water walk down mains street starts there (when there's water for it).
Nice little pond all tucked away. The ducks/swan are mean-used to being fed by people I think. Only one bench/viewing area around the whole pond. It would be nice if some of the greenery could be cleared away so there are more places to sit and enjoy.
Quiet and tucked away with small hikes to great views of the city.
