Vincent Pierre and Milton Martinez at Baytown GMC Buick were awesome! Both were pleasant, kind, courteous, and very helpful. Vincent went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away with a nice vehicle. He wasn't pushy. Instead, he listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. Milton helped seal the deal. He explained all the options that were available and answered all my questions and concerns before signing off on the paperwork. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership and the help of these two gentlemen. I drove off happy and pleased!

We had an awful experience with this service department in the past and I didn’t want to take our vehicle there because of that. None of the other dealerships could get our truck in to be worked on in a timely manner so we had no choice to take it to Baytown GMC. To our surprise the service dept made a totally turn around with new staff and we were highly impressed with the work that was done on our truck and Victoria was AMAZING! She kept us informed on what was happening and her happy go lucky attitude was a joy to work with. I’m so glad they have new staff and I won’t hesitate to take my truck there for future services!

I love my truck I bought here. The sales department was AWESOME!! But the service department however....ud83eudd28 They called me to make an appointment for a oil change. I'm a busy man with work and family, so when I make an appointment, I expect to get the service around the time of the appointment. Not to be told it would be 3 HOURS for a oil change!! Not much of a SERVICE to me!

I thought the sales team were kind people. Crystal Golden is a real kind and thoughtful salesperson and easy to talk to. If I had a dealership I would want the Golden girl on my team!!! Only thing I wish is that the paper work could have moved a little faster but I'm not a salesperson. You should be proud of your team.
