These guys are great. I would buy from them again.nnI bought a used Toyota from them this weekend. John Favard showed me all my options, was upfront about the conditions of all the cars, and never pressured me one way or dthe other. He was very accommodating, understanding, and helpful, and gave me enough time to make my decision. I had a great experience.nnThe prices are roughly on par with what I saw elsewhere, but the quality was much higher. They won't lie to you about whether the car has been in an accident, and they also won't try to sell you a car that clearly has major problems. They do some work on used cars to make them more usable (new windshield, new tires, likely new carpeting in my car) They do add the cost of this work to the posted price, but what they charge for it is extremely reasonable. While they do not allow you to reserve cars without signing paperwork to buy them or take the car to an outside mechanic (you can bring a mechanic with you), they're trustworthy enough that I don't think this is an issue.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I should have read all the reviews on their Facebook before trying to deal with them.nStay away from this dealership!!!!!! Especially one of the directors name Abel. We drove 2 1/2 hours one night to look at a vehicle for my son. By the time we got there, it was close to closing. It left us a little time to negotiate all of our numbers. We came up with some numbers that were close, but the girl that was helping us out said she would check a few more banks in the morning when they opened. I called back the next day after driving 2 1/2 hours back home, and we did check with a few more banks and found one that had a good rate. We gave them the OK to move forward with the deal. Mind you, the night before, we even signed some paperwork that stated if they could get us within the range we wanted, we would buy the vehicle. That was something they asked us to do. Within a few minutes of my husband approving the final numbers over the telephone, I was contacted for a down payment to hold the vehicle. I was not there in person, so we were doing everything through email, while I was working. This took a total of about 30 minutes. I provided them with my Credit card info, and signed appropriate papers. At the same time we were working our deal, another couple came through the doors and decided to test drive the vehicle. Because they did not have my payment processed, Able said that bumped us to second place and they continued to make a deal with the new customer. I called them to ask them what was going on, and how that could bump us to second place since we had been through all of the paperwork needed to get it started, and I had sent over my deposit to hold the vehicle. They thought the phone was on mute, and I heard my salesman trying to talk to this guy by the name of Abel, who was some sort of poor excuse manager over used cars, and Abel was very hateful and downright disgusting at how he talked to his sales person named John, who was helping us. I was embarrassed for him. When I asked to speak with Able, he would not even get on the phone with me. He is a coward, and so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I later called back and got him on the phone, and he still made excuse after excuse. I told him how greedy they were, and common courtesy was to honor the deal that we had already started. I’m sorry that the credit card didn’t get ran a second sooner before the people walked in, but they should have been told that it was being processed. Greed at its finest. I am old school, and I believe in doing people right. This place is not one that I want to do business with because of how much they lie and cheat. This was probably a blessing in disguise, because there is probably no telling what they were keeping from me about this vehicle.
