I think they're alcoholics. People who have nice cars who visit nearby businesses they call the police on them repeatedly and lie, tell crazy stories because they're jealous that people have nice cars and don't need to shop there, I guess. Normal people would wash the cars they're selling, wax, detail but not them, they have binoculars and call police on people at the church, the bars, etc. etc. Maybe they need Immigration called on them!!!
