My ring has been back in to get diamonds replaced 4 times. The last time I lost a diamond when I was asleep. We were told not to bring it in anymore, not to wear it unless I'm going out. The whole point of a ring is to keep it on and not take it off. Go somewhere else for better service.
Had them replace a diamond in my wife’s wedding ring with one from and earring and they did an awesome job. Brought the same ring back a few years later to replace it with a bigger diamond. It turned out so nice! I highly recommend them. They offer different options as well when you need some input!
Went into have watch adjusted, took about ten minutes. Charge was reasonable.
