I am very disappointed every time I go in here. The wait times are OUTRAGEOUS, and when your drink is wrong the baristas get SO MAD and rude. One time a manager cussed me out because I asked for a refund!! Ridiculous.
For the last two weeks they've been closing at least a hour early.
The service here was very poor. I had heard about the service but still tried it. I won't be back! Makes you wonder if the owners know what trash they have working for them!
Ordered a caramel macchiato, when I got home they had given me warm almond milk. I went back the next day, same order and they forgot the flavoring. Day 3, same as day 2. I think they’re training people so I’d avoid this location for a month or so.n10/19/19
I order a grande caramel frappe extra shot of espresso I got a regular one super sweet no shot. I went back and supposedly they fix it but it was worst.
