We love Comstock! They are so friendly and offer great service. I have a non-traditional ring, that I love more than any other ring I’ve seen. So many other places I’ve went before finding Comstock were quite judgmental and looked down on me for this. When I found Comstock I was hoping for a better experience, and it truly was! I will never go to another jeweler. They treat me and my ring like any other traditional ring, and they understand the love and sentimental value I have for my ring. They also so many beautiful pieces they have in the store I always admire whenever I’m in. Comstock will have mine and my husband’s business forever, and I will always recommend them to anyone!

The workers were very professional. They fixed my ring and it looks beautiful. I felt very comfortable in their shop. They're taking extra measures to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

Customer service is at an all-time high here. All the staff is very courteous and welcoming. I worked with Erin to design a custom wedding ring, and I would not be happier. Her attention to the details as well as really listening to what I wanted is why I designed my ring with her.

I found Comstock based on the reviews of two of my co-workers and they are conveniently located just around the corner from my work.nI had always (mistakenly) assumed local jewelers only catered to more high-end clients so I never really gave them a thought before. For our 10 year anniversary, I decided to see what would be involved to do a re-size and maybe a different setting for my traditional solitaire. After having only dealt with Fred Meyer Jewelers in the past, I was blown away by the amazing customer service (Erin! You are a gem to work with!!), and never once did I feel pressured to upgrade/trade-in (something that always bothered me every time I went into FMJ in the past). I wasn't really sure what exactly I wanted other than something a little more low set since I was constantly knocking my higher setting on things. Erin was so sweet, offered amazing options and was so patient. I never felt like my project was beneath them or not expensive enough for their attention. I will never ever go back to a big chain jeweler and highly recommend Comstock for their enthusiasm and willingness to work on a smaller project like mine and still treating me with the highest level of customer service. Not to mention I'm so incredibly happy with my ring. It feels brand new again and I find myself looking at it all the time! I cannot recommend them enough!
