Excellent customer service at this location.nnWe often go for dinner, but also stopped in yesterday to watch March Madness at the bar while enjoying some appetizers. The service is great regardless of whether you sit in the dining area or the bar.nnThe Outback style prime rib is always terrific as well. All around great place to eat!
Steak was not cooked to order :(
The food and the cleanliness was good, just as could be expected from any outback. The service is slower than any other I've been to. When you order a drink, go ahead and order your next as soon as they bring it so it'll be there in 20 minutes when you actually are ready for it. Your food will also come out several minutes from the rest of your party.
Outback is always on point especially their grilled salmon ud83eudd24 but this location in particular like most was clean but the staff really helped make it enjoyable. I have a wild 4 year old that can be a pain to eat out with especially if the staff isn't patient and kind but the waitresses were so sweet ud83eudd70
We ordered curbside and when we got to our hotel we realized the lobster tail we ordered was missing. We called to report the issue and the manager immediately offered to get two fresh lobster tails made and delivered them to our hotel. Mistakes definitely happen. What I appreciate is how quickly they handled it to our satisfaction. That’s good customer service!
