Randy always gives you great service with a smile. His employees are always friendly too.
I arrived today at this station to get a State inspection. Upon arrival I walked up to the office to see about how long it would be for an inspection. There was an older man in the office. Here’s how our conversation went.nMe: Hi! I have a Chevrolet over there I need to see about getting an inspection on.nEmployee: Do you have people ahead of you?nMe: I’m sure I do but that’s why I’m coming up to talk to someone. I haven’t talked to anyone.nEmployee: Well now you have. You’ve talked to me and you have 4 people ahead of you! He then turned and walked away.nnINCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!!nnI would never expect to walk up and be waited on ahead of people. But there has to be some sort of outreach so they know what you’re there for. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible service!!!!
