Nice restaurant with many healthy options. In door dining, grab and go or delivery available at this location. We chose to eat in. All staff wore masks and everything was sanitized. Plenty of space between seatings.nIt was easy to order, staff is professional and brings your food to the table when prepared.nI recommend trying the salads and bowls especially. They also have a variety of flavored unsweetened teas that are delicious and a healthy option.

This Panera location has always had the cleanest environment to dine in and their food preparation is top notch! The food is great tasting and definitely worth your time to visit. They also have a military discount that is very appealing to veterans who want to save money and eat great tasting, fresh and healthy food choices. Please don't hesitate to decide whether you should or shouldn't visit this Panera restaurant location. You won't be disappointed!ud83dudc4d

I used to love and enjoy going to the one restaurant in Garth Rd, Baytown but things and staffs have changed and some of the newest people have poor customer service skills. Making the visit to the restaurant not too enjoyable. On some occassions I have been to the restaurant and the cashier treats the customer like if we going there to beg for food instead of buying. In the food industry the cashier has to suggest a sale, this lady dont even greet customers at all. She has a nasty attitude as well. The kitchen staff have better customer service skills than the people at the register. Not making them any better because when you also go to the drive thru you experience the lack of patience with the customer. The drive thru operators are always in such of a rush and they do not prepare the orders as you had place them. 60% of the time my orders are incorrect. I brought the issue to one of the restaurant manager and it felt as I spoke to a wall. The food in this restaurant is too expensive to have to deal with such of unpleasant experiences. I won't be going there any more.
