The website is very hard to operate and gives no information. When i called these people the operating system was unhelpful and is a reminder to myself to never call them again. The people at the front always have a negative attitude, and give me headaches just thinking about having to talk to them. These people are the first faces that everyone else see's and it's no wonder the city of seguin's justice system has such a bad reputation.
I agree with every comment on here, the receptionist women is all they are, but act like cops or the judge. The lack of respect for the people. They are absolutely rude in how they speak to others telling them to sit down or one guy was leaving to go to his car and one shouted you cant leave get back over hear. Twice i visited and they seem to think they have all the authority. They were all on power trips, its like they enjoyed it, they thrive on it. They obviously wear the pants in the house. Well the entire office is pure evil, I sensed the vibe as I walked in. They all need Jesus and may God bless their souls.
These employees here think they are next level superior and admirable, demanding respect even though they are rude af. This is a lucrative business they are running Seguin police and texas law enforcement, but for hard working and learning Texans it is a robbery. I think registration stickers every year is a smoke screen for taxes we are all tax payers and pay police salaries and our tax dollars take care of Texas roads but yet they just wanna prey on us and take more and more and threaten us with confinement if we dont payin a timely manner . Good drivers act pfft more like another smoke screen for another tax,Texas is the state with most speed traps in the nation . I wonder how much money the state collects from traffic violations fines alone...ud83eudd14ud83eudd14
Swiftly and promptly took my payment for outstanding traffic tickets. 10/10 would come here again, best county to get traffic violations in hands down!
Staff is so disinterested in the work they do that they make it difficult to get any answers. I felt like an interrogator-in-training asking question after question just to get a simple answer. Dreadful.
