Grateful for clean restrooms for a busy place. Definitely more of a truck stop environment, but not bad.

Horrible shop wait time. Was told 45 minutes wait, 1 truck finishing up in 30 minutes ahead of mine and one roadside to be done. 5 hours later I get to back into shop. They said Loves policy is to take roadside work over in shop work. Poor policy on Loves part. TA and pilot will get my business now. Guess your better off time wise on side of interstate and possibly getting run over or hit.

DONT USE this shop if you don’t absolutely have to. I had one truck in front of me for oil change, I checked in at 7:30am and was told about an hour’s wait, 5 1/2 hours later STILL have not even put my truck in the BAY. Worst service I have ever had in my 30 plus years of driving. I wouldn’t use them but my company has an account with them.

The coffee supplies were neatly organized and stocked full. The coffee island was one of the most organized and clean i have seen at any Loves Truck Stops. On another note, I topped my tanks off there 3/15/21 around 0500 and got about 100 miles down the road and started getting some low key engine knocking and pinging at around 1300-1500 rpm in my 2017 Cascadia DD15. Not sure if the fuel had anything to do with it...but wanted to post this in case anyone else experienced this at this location. My check engine light is on now and truck going into Freightliner tomorrow. Follow up 3/23 on possible fuel contamination. Freightliner replaced the Davco fuel filtration system and filters. So its possible fuel was contaminated? Loves might want to check their fuel source at this location and monitor the quality.
