Great group of ladies working today! They were very welcoming even though they were super busy. They were getting drinks out very quickly, they cleared 5 cars in the drive thru and helped me and the customer before me in the lobby in less than 5 minutes. If I am ever driving from San Antonio to Houston again I will definitely stop back here for great service and great coffee!

The lobby was open but you couldn't stay there and eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee and cake slices were delicious. The lady making my coffees gladly made changes that I asked for. It was a pleasant experience.

The drinks are expensive, but for some reason they seem like they're actually worth $7, depending on what it is.nMy favorite is, and I strongly suggest one tries this, is the vanilla bean frappachino with Java chips. It will change your life and make a believer out of you.nA believer of what you say?nA believer that a drink from a coffee place is worth $7

Edited my 5 star to 3 stars because I usually do not have an issue here but today, I ordered on the app. It stated a 20 minute pick up time. I dropped off my kids at school, then arrived to see a line wrapped around the hotel. Decided to go inside and grab the items instead. My sandwiches came out fairly quickly, waited 15 minutes for ONE iced americano and told the girl I was missing another Iced Americano. She apologized and said it would be right out. It took another 10 minutes to get the coffee. By the time I left, my food was ice cold. Perhaps, not give any of the items until they're all ready next time. So total time from order to leaving was about 40 minutes or so.

04/11/21 afternoon: Coffee was cold which doesn't surprise me as the server was rude, typically the attitude matches the service, she literally did not say a word just scowling the whole time. I'll assume she was having a very bad day, but I will not go back.
