Waitress forgot multiple things that we had ordered, after waiting for our ticket for over 25 minutes, we found that there was a gratuity added into our total (we had 4 people in our party). When asked about it, she said parties of 5 or more, when their menu says six or more. We were going to tip better in cash but since she decided to add a tip herself we left it as is. But will not be back due to the sneakiness of the employees. Who knows how much money they’ve taken from people who don’t pay attention.

If you want country food like country fried chicken or chicken fried steak. Than this is the place. There waitress are awesome so tip big. The chefs know what they are doing. Their food is not only delicious but dam amazing. See for yourself.

So unbelievably different from what they claim. Maybe the burgers are good, but DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS. unless u like Pizza Hut baked wings. I ordered wings, extra crispy, cause I like them extra fried. The wings I recieved had a stretchy, soggy skin. A LOT like Pizza Hut BAKED wings, but 2X the price. I am so disappointed and absolutely astonished that something simple frying a wing crisp is too much to ask. I mean, they ADVERTISE their wings as fried!?!? But I truly do not believe they even fried them.

Haven't been to this place yet, but saw it advertised on a tourist's YouTube video, so decided to look it up since it's not far from where I live at the edge of NE San Antonio. Reviews are a hit and miss, hence the 3.9 rating. Kind of turned off by management who only replies to the good reviews; makes me think they're not working on fixing whatever got them the bad reviews, so I'll pass on this place for now until the rating improves. That's too bad, though, considering their menu looks so mouth-watering, but my money and time are worth more than a few wings. Laters! ;)

We came on a very busy night. Victoria was our waitress and she was so kind and took care of us. The food came out quick despite them being so busy. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
