Jerry and Joan Herring and their gallery are a treasure trove for art lovers. We viewed the Laura Wilson photo exhibit which is a MUST SEE. Jerry Herring treated us to some fantastic background on Wilson's photos, photography in general, and his long career in the art world. A fantastic visit.

I've wanted to see inside this building for years but finally it was open! And it was worth the wait. The exhibition I saw was on birds, but apparently it changes pretty regularly. Prices were high, as you'd expect for great original art, and the owner/manager was very friendly, telling us about the artists and letting us see the separate business upstairs, which runs as a B&B (there were no guests at the time). The building is beautiful, and shows features of its prior incarnations, with a ramp in one section and exposed beams throughout. Lovely.

Very friendly gallery in a very old house in the very small town of Fayetteville, Tx. They always have wonderful contemporary art. Great for people who are decorating or are looking for a lovely day trip on the weekend.
