I have called to get more information regarding a notice I’ve received. The representative was extremely rude when I asked her basic questions to learn more about a notice in the mail. She hung up without answering my questions.nnMessage to The worker. If you do not enjoy your work please find another job. Don’t put your attitude to make other people’s day miserable. I’m sure someone would love to have your job and would enjoy it.nnUpdating my review:nI had called and spoke to the same unpleasant worker to ask what was the amount that was due in order for my to pay my delinquent. This person retaliated and provided me with the wrong amount.nnIf you are very unhappy with your job please leave and give this job to someone who would appreciate your job during this pandemic. I dislike people like you in this world.

They lost my written response for a mitigation hearing, which I promptly wrote and mailed in response to a parking ticket. The ticket was in response to parking the wrong direction- which at the time was the only way to reach the electric car charger. To my surprise I received an overdue notice and my fee was bumped. When I wrote another letter to explain the circumstances, the judge just simply denied it and insisted that my fees were due. This, paired with increasingly higher state fees for electric cars, makes this area super un-EV friendly, which is frustrating for those trying to do their part against climate change. I’m disappointed with the legislature in response to EV use and the Edmonds court system did not even give me the chance to explain the circumstances.

Judge Fair is as his name suggests. Possibly the only good experience I’ve had with the Washington State legal system. Thanks for not choosing to destroy my life because of a bag of pot I had on me when I was 24!

Jeez, clear your day if god forbid you have a court date here!nGot here early, judge was late, took OVER 2.5 hours just to get a continuance! ud83dude1fnBut the guard was very nice...
