Absolutely LOVED my experience at Glenn Polk. I reached out to my salesperson Katlin on a recommendation. Since I lived 50 minutes away I started my conversation by text because I was a little wary of car dealerships given several prior visits in my search.for a new car. Katlin was Superb. Answered all my questions, understood my needs and was so helpful all the way around. When I got to the dealership, the great experience continued. Katlin helped finalize everything and spent a good bit of time getting me acquainted with my car. Duane the finance manager was awesome to deal with. I got a great price, great rate and enjoyed meeting him. This was probably the best, stress free car experience I’ve ever had and I look forward to buying many more from them! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
Amazing team. I drove about an hour to get there and see a truck and couldn't be happier about having done it. They make you felt at home talking with honest people like Charly that went all the way to provide the best service and make the customer happy!. Definitively recommended.
Glenn Polk Chevrolet is top notch! Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly, very easy to do business with. Charlie Picket found out our needs and had us test driving the vehicle we purchased in just a few minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I always get worried that I’m going to feel pushed into a decision but my salesman Grant helped make me feel comfortable and educated every step of the process. I felt truly cared about and not just like another customer; oh and the prices are AWESOME!
