My name is Leslie List and I work for Arlington Orthopedic. Two days ago I called (last minute) to see if there was any way I could set an appointment for Friday Sept 4, 2020 to have some items moved from our Southlake location to a Irving location. I have to say this is by far the BEST experience I have ever had with a moving company. First of all, the three guys that were sent out called when they were on their way, they were so professional and very respectful. They were prompt and a genuine pleasure to work with. These guys are awesome! They moved my baby grand piano to the second floor of my house and a bunch of other boxes And what make this so surprising, is that the stairs is very narrow and the floor is wood. They protected the wood floors but the dry was was damaged however they explained to me what will happen and I accpeted the risk. Although, I spent some money to fix a small part of the drywall but it was worth it. Because I know first hand how heavy the piano is and we can't put it anywhere else in the house. But these guys execute it like true professionals. Will recommend them to anyone that need to move.

I had these guys scheduled for 8:30 last Friday and they called early and had their truck backed up, ramp down, tools/equipment ready and clocked in at 8:29. They were very professional, helped us with whatever we needed, and man were they fast. I turned the corner for one second and they had all my couches and tables in the living areas blanketed, shrink wrapped, and on dollies going out the door. We couldn't keep up with them. I was impressed at how they loaded their truck very organized and tight to get the most out of each trip. Very polite and professional crew, would highly recommend.

We have hired Rescue Moving Services twice to move us. After experiencing their amazing skills the first time around (maneuvering our large bedroom furniture up a unique stairwell), we knew we were going to call them for our next move. The second time, again, they did not disappoint. They are very professional and work the entire time while keeping a positive attitude. Our items were well cared for and they wrapped everything to make sure nothing was damaged. They even put down cloth to protect our floors.
