This was my first time there and I have finally found my salon. I will be going back to get my hair done. The price was great even included the hair. Clean place well kept. Great people. Felt like home.

I asked for box braids a little past my shoulders. I was quoted 130. The braids are nice, don't get me wrong. But they are to my hip/tail bone. Which makes it difficult when trying to pull it up in a ponytail. Then was told it was 160 when done. Not cool.

Mo was great ....she braided my hair fast ... no sitting in chair for hours...

I’ve tried to give this place a chance because two Of the ladies in the shop are really nice.The first issue is when I got there the lady that I’ve never met did my hair the lady that normally does my hair was out of town I feel like that should’ve been expressed before I even got to the shop. Second issue the lady did my hair and she did state that my hair might have been too short for the style and by the time I got home it was coming Down in the back, So they told me to come back in the next day and she would add a braid or two when I got there I showed her a picture When I left there my hair was a totally different style than the picture I showed her on top of that she was very aggressive and rude as if it was all my fault she also tried to charge me an additional $30 when I had just paid 70. When I told her I didn’t have it she was very upset as if she really didn’t want to do my hair so she told me that she would not Braid them As long as I had them before not only that she didn’t even braid my hair to the end so now it looks really sloppy.No one wants to spend their money and be felt like they’ve been scam and I think that if you really don’t know how to break then you shouldn’t be working in a braiding shop even though my hair was coming out of the break the other couple of Braid she had done was sloppy my parts were crooked and some of my braids were bigger than the others it’s just not fair and it’s very unprofessional
