This is one of my all time favorite haircut locations! Erin always does a fantastic job! She's incredibly friendly and social. You can tell she genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and it truly shows. I would highly recommend this location for your haircutting needs :)
My stylist gave me a bald spot. When I brought it to her attention she denied it. I brought it up again and she slammed the clippers down and said she was getting the manager. The manager proceeded to instruct me how I could comb my hair so it couldn't be seen. I told both of them, instead of an attitude, I simply wanted an apology, which I did not receive. I have gone to this location many times, I always had a great experience. Not today! I'll find another business to get haircuts from now on.
Elizabeth does amazing work. I am thoroughly satisfied with her cuts and glad I finally found someone like her.
Depends on who you get. First haircut here was 5 stars. Last was 2. Thankfully, I'm working from home right now.
