I can not give enough kiddos to Rescue Squad and their Medics! I called them after 911 wouldn't take my mom to the hospital after she fell. The crew that came out were very tender, professional, and courteous when they were caring for my mom. They even allowed me to go with them, helped me into and out of the ambulance (I had a knee brace), and they even called me the next day to see how my mother was doing! If I could give 100 STARS I would! Thank you Rescue Squad for being their for us when we needed you!
I honestly didn't know what to expect when I called this company, but am thankful that I did. They took such good care of me!!nnNot only were they attentive, but they were also very patient with me. They made sure that I got the care that I was in need of.nnI didn't feel rushed at all and that's a pretty BIG deal to me.nnIf I ever need help again, they are the first that I am going to call!!!
They are never rarely on time. They cause mynMom to loose her PCD because they had her moss so many appointments. Also they are very unprofessional about a lot of things. If I could give them no stars I would.
This is their add on Craigslist..... this place sucks, doesn't pay you, doesn't give you a W2, leaves your checks in an old Ambulance in a not so good place, makes you work with old out dated equipment, makes you sit and Stage in a hot ambulance in unsafe areas, wants you to lie to patients, wants you to work beyond your scope of practice, makes you pay for permits to drive in the City, you do every transport but ER calls. These people Antoine, the dad and the son are as crooked as can be. Nothing they told me was true. I have picture of time, dates and temps in the back of the Ambulance while having patients in the back without working A/C. This place needs to be shut down
This company does not pay its bills and is poorly run. Avoid doing business with Rescue Squad at all costs!
